I most definitely recommend Mr. Carroll as the best financial advisor I have met. Most of my career as a teacher was intensely concentrated in the job per se and a pension fund was unfortunately not in the priority list. I had met with other advisors occasionally as they visited my school. These professionals represented specific companies only. For more than a decade, I had 403K funds in one of these companies without an annual review, with the exception of maybe once or twice. When my husband and I met Mr. Carroll in the year 2020, we were impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. He carefully interviewed us and based on what he found, he gave us a thorough overview of what was available for teachers in terms of plans, products from different companies, and his recommendation to make the most of what we could save. He had several meetings with us, presented several scenarios, answered a thousand and one questions of multiple kinds, and also patiently endured some clear skepticism on our part. There were moments in which what he recommended seemed to be too good to be true. We finally prayerfully made a decision to follow his advice and we do not regret it. On the contrary, we are highly appreciative of his invaluable advice at a critical point in life. Since the time we first met Mr. Carroll he has shown solid integrity, honesty, and a sincere willingness to go many extra miles if need be to help us.
