Giving Back to Our Community

Appreciation Financial was founded on serving and appreciation of public service employees and government employees. We love and support our educators and government employees and love to give back to those who serve us. Our Appreciation Ambassador’s Program is vested in the success of each and every community that we serve.

Through our “Give Back” Program we have helped many schools with special projects, remodeling, painting, updates, building new parks/playgrounds, donations of sports equipment, signs, bikes, books, school supplies, volunteer involvement, providing staff lunches, snacks at staff meetings, financial education, pension reviews, gifts for staff, and many other ways to help teachers, district and university employees. Past Community Events

Here is a staff lunch in Euless, TX. We provided the entire staff lunch on their in-service day.

Not only a free lunch, but teachers and staff get to spin the wheel to win prizes

We gave out prizes of high lighters, note books, paper, pens, pencils, had sanitizer, sharpie markers, pens, and back packs.

Assistant Principal - Cynthia Morgan - Always happy to do whatever she can to give back to her staff. She works endlessly to get as many partners or campus adopters to help her get her staff the best possible experience. We were happy to show our support to her and her staff. She was happy to spend a moment to pose with Ric Carroll from Appreciation Financial next to the prize wheel.

Back to School for Dallas ISD and the Bus Drivers. We don’t just serve teachers! Bus drivers and Bus monitors need appreciation too! Serving coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts!! 10-19-21

There were over 250 Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors on staff at the South Dallas Transportation Center. We wanted to show thanks to those who get our kids to school safely, even during a pandemic. We had to go get some more Dunkin Donuts coffee (Krispy Kreme ran out) to make sure that we didn't run out! We always make sure that we have enough for everyone.

Another Staff Lunch Provided by Appreciation Financial at Barton Elementary (Irving ISD) on 2-15-22. The staff didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying their lunch that day. We even helped educate a portion of them on their pension.
